Ms. Kauffman has over 25 years of experience and currently works as an independent consultant for managed care and accountable care organizations, focusing on the areas of transformation and change management. Ms. Kauffman works with several organizations to assist them in adapting to value-based care changes. Previously, she served as the Chief Value Based Care Officer at Summit Medical Group and Summit Strategic Solutions. There she led the Care Coordination, Integrated Programs, Health Education, Quality Reporting and Improvement, Risk Adjustment, and Provider Engagement Teams while working closely with the contracting team and data analytics partner. Ms. Kauffman received her master’s degree from the College of Public Health at the University of Florida, Gainesville.
